Consulting is a service we sell. It is not the whole company. Use it when you need a map, a risk readout, or a first project worth funding. If the next step is software or AI, we stay and build it.
When consulting is the right first step

- A system is already in place and you need a plain diagnosis before more spend.
- Leadership wants a written recommendation they can take to a budget conversation.
- A website or product needs a page map and a fixed proposal before design starts.

These three have a listed fee. Everything else, software, AI, websites, webinars, and training, is quoted after we understand the work.
AI programs
Strategy consult
$450 due today
We map one workflow, the data you already have, and the first software or AI build worth funding. A short readout follows within two business days. The consult can stop there.
Clinics and law firms
Website scoping
$250 due today
Sitemap, page list, intake path, and a fixed proposal. The fee is credited if the build starts within 30 days.

Discovery is complimentary. Strategy and website scoping are paid. If the meeting points to software or AI, that work is quoted separately.
