We write who uses it, what happens today, and what a useful result would change. If a product already covers the job, we say so and stop.

Agree the surface and the integrations
Screens, data, and the systems it has to talk to. The proposal names what ships, what stays out, and who inside your organization owns it.
- 03 · Build
Ship into the work
We build against real examples from your operation, test it with the people who will use it, and keep a review step where a person must accept the result.
- 04 · Transfer
Leave you the code
You own the software at launch. We document how it runs, how it fails, and who is responsible after we step back.
The limits of the work
- We do not begin from an undefined request to replace every system at once.
- Your data stays in your environment. It is not kept as an asset of AI Earth.
- If AI belongs in the software, that is scoped as part of the same build, with a named reviewer.
- Healthcare and legal uses follow the additional rules on those project pages.
