Questions before you pay

Is the first meeting free?

Yes. The discovery meeting is 30 minutes and has no fee. Strategy consults and website scoping are paid, and the price is on this page before you pick a time.

What happens after I schedule?

The time is held on our desk in Eastern time. We confirm from elna@ai-earth.ai and send a video link. You can also add the hold to your own calendar from the confirmation screen.

How does payment work?

Only consulting meetings have a published fee, paid in full when you book. Custom software, AI work, websites, webinars, and training are quoted after we understand the problem. With Stripe configured, a consulting fee is charged by card. Until then, confirming the meeting requests an invoice.

Who owns the software?

You do, at launch: websites, internal tools, and custom AI included. We do not hold the work hostage for a monthly builder fee. Hosting and operations can stay with you or be arranged at cost and named in the proposal.

Do you provide medical or legal advice?

No. Clinical wording is approved by the practice. Legal judgment stays with the firm. We build the software and the workflow around that line.

What is included in an enterprise webinar or training program?

A webinar is a private 60-minute session for one organization. Training is four working sessions for a named team. Neither has a published fee. Both are arranged after a consultation, and neither grants a credential.
